Keep contributions useful

Share first-hand, relevant information. Do not submit fake reviews, impersonate another person or business, publish private personal details, threaten or harass others, or use the site to distribute malware, scams or deceptive links.

Business responses

Businesses may respond to criticism, but responses should address the experience rather than attack the reviewer. Incentives for reviews must not require a positive rating.

Moderation

We may hold, edit or remove submissions that are spammy, unsafe, unlawful, off-topic, promotional without disclosure or otherwise inconsistent with these guidelines.
