Small businesses can list their services, areas served, indicative pricing, availability and practical ordering or booking information. Once a listing is published, the owner can claim it after verification.

What claimed owners can do

The business dashboard shows profile views, contact clicks, saves and Readers’ Pick votes. Owners can reconfirm listing freshness, change current availability and request profile edits for team review.

What customers can see

Readers can save profiles, leave structured reviews, recommend a business and vote in category or neighbourhood Readers’ Picks. Team review, owner claim and community feedback are displayed separately.

Search demand

Where enough activity exists, the dashboard can surface matching directory searches so businesses can understand what local readers are trying to find. Search-demand information is directional rather than a promise of leads.

Respond to local requests

Claimed businesses can also see matching open requests from neighbourhoods they serve and send a private response or indicative quote. Responses are moderated and are not published as public comments.
